A large work utilizing the horns of ships moored in the Port of Oakland, Harbor Symphony is an expansive sound work that will resonate across the entire bay. Wherry (Canada) and Steffler (Canada) have been working with ship horn ensembles for over a dozen years and this work follows pieces they have done in St. John's and Montreal.
